Boaster just makes sense role-wise and he's a good caller

Either A: apply for turkiye (Their apex roster is part of the Asia league with three japanese players so it's not unheard of for FNC to do smth like that-) and have 3 turks + 2 EU players (Smartest idea for them)

Or B: if they lock it in before 2027 then they'll be grandfathered in.
How it works is any roster with more than 2 imports right now will be unaffected by the rule until they decide to change it.
Take old NAVI for example:
Chloric(import), Hiro(import), ExiT(Import), Ruxic(Import), Cyvoph(EU)

Navi would not be forced to drop a single player until they did so willingly.
But they cannot replace one of their players with another import player.
So they could trade Chloric for Illuri, But not ExiT for Kachoww if they were an EU roster.
