The Red Bull Home Ground off-season tournament is coming back for its sixth installment in 2026, live in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium and WePlay Studios from December 10-13.

Four more slots remain available for this tournament and will be determined in two different ways. First, two VCT teams will qualify via their season rankings closer to the tournament. US regional qualifiers will then be held closer to the event, giving two more squads a chance to fight against the best.

After all ten teams have been decided, they will fight for the title of Home Ground champion alongside the $100,000 prize pool.

All squads will play in the group stage, competing in the first two days to determine seeding for bracket play. Then, the final two days consist of a bracket ending with the grand finals on the final day.

Previous Home Ground tournaments have varied in format from double-elimination (like in 2025), while others have been single-elimination after a group or Swiss stage (like in 2023 and 2024). For 2026, Red Bull confirmed that they will reveal more format details at a later date.
