no roster with lakia can ever be considered dominant

no roster has made 5 grand finals in a row

only winning two of them as massive favorites in nearly every one is not that good
plus champions

So?

Every international winner is a favorite to win the next stage after going far in an international, how many of them actually go on to win the next stage?

Sen beat them at Madrid but where were they the next stage? PRX beat them at stage 1 but bombed out of Shanghai.

Also it’s 3/5, they beat PRX at kickoff (while they weren’t the favorites)

Winning regional stages is only small dominance. Look at G2

Since 2025 only one team that finished first in kickoff / won a stage ended up actually winning the respective tournament (nongshim)

Okay but Nongshim got walked stage 1

Winning regionals is small dominance, but getting absolutely walked by regional teams isn’t being dominant

off of pure raw placements EDG 2024, all three regionals + champs
weighing internationals higher FNC 2023, two internationals
also shoutout to Vision Strikers for their domination as well
