I wouldn't be surprised if they were planning on making Cloud the IGL if boaster decides to retire or go to China. I can see crashies going back to NA after the year is over, so grabbing a solid scan IGL who is probably the best IGL option of the teams that likely won't make franchising feels like a decent option. They just still have role issues with having 2 scan initiators, one of which is now playing the Viper/sentinel role. And most importantly, they also still have Engh.
I can't fathom why FNC decided to hire him, let alone allow Milan to go. He's still employed because of his success with Gambit/M3C in 2022
