A Proclamation.

On the sixth day of August, in the year of two thousand and twenty-six, all persons held as glazers OR numberX fans within any Republic or designated part of a Republic, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free from the luvrs; and the Executive Government of the VLR, including the MODERATORS and enigma authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom, after the horrific acts of the luvrs shown here:
