"Verse, a rising star who previously competed in the Evolution Series, possesses excellent game reading ability and tactical execution," DRG's announcement said. "... As a new player, he demonstrates outstanding learning ability and shows great competitive potential and room for growth."

The addition of Verse, according to the wording used in DRG's statement, seems to suggest the team may be operating with a six or even seven-man roster.

Verse has played two matches for DRG over the past year, with both coming during the team's participation in EVO Series events. While he played Viper and Phoenix during his most recent outing with the team, he played three maps of Cypher in his previous one.
