Womens need to be empowered first and brought to a higher level so that they could give tough fights to men, if there were no women's tourney then after losing(probably at very begining of tourneys), their mental would be broken very early and that would bring negative impact to those women who dreams to play competitive.

its not a genetic difference, its just so that women can see other women compete. Currently there are so little women playing the game compared to men that the men are more likely to have better players just cuz more people. I believe that the game changers is to inspire more women to play, hoping to eventually have women playing in vct

I think this is the biggest part of it. Also, women that join men's teams are sometimes made to feel uncomfortable by their teammates (whether it be them judging them harder bc of gender, behaving weird, or outright sexist comments). Having game changers inspires women to play and gives women looking to enter a pro scene a more comfortable environment to learn the pro style (as compared to soloQ). This will hopefully lead to having women play in VCT as our president Doge said above.

I think a separate league is meant to showcase potential talent that can later be integrated into mix teams. A Women league allows for more women to participate in the comp scene without having to be harassed for their gender. Allowing Women to participate in both leagues allow them to not only have a safer environment to grow as a player but also potentially showcase their talent vs better competition. It’s just hard for them to stay motivated if they get harassed for their gender whenever they lose.

It's a problem with statistics, same as in chess. Becasue there are so many more men playing esports than women, it's inevitable that there will be people with higher talent among them. It's not becasue men have a higher potential or whatever other sexist bullshit, it's just a matter of probability. Consider S1mple, highly regarded as the greatest FPS talent. I'd say it's pretty undeniable that he's better at CS than any Valorant player is at Valo. That was made possible after years of people playing CS (the larger talent pool), so naturally someone in there will have the highest peak. If Valorant continues for another 10 years, it's likely someone will arise who's better than him. So going back to the issue of women "not being as good", the solution is to increase popularity with the game among them, and that will likely never happen due to all the damn misogynists here and in twitch chat, and the general culutral atmosphere which makes men much more likely than women to play video games.

It’s because historically speaking gaming has been a male dominated in Esports thus men have more experience and will probably be better. A woman’s league is going to help them catch up by giving them the tools necessary to catch up. Being sexist and saying “woman moment lul” etc is not very encouraging.

Many men are just not aware how hard is to be a female that takes part in a gaming community (or similar) and stay in the community

I used to play magic tg with my sister and some friends back in the day, and we eventually decided to participate in some face-to-face events, like tourneys and such. There wasn't a 3rd event for us just because of what she had to endure during the previous days. This is exactly what happens with gaming nowadays.

Many men take this personal, think this is an attack towards them and get their ego hurt.
This is why these person are not able to put themselves in some woman shoes and think critically.
