The groups for VCT Americas Stage 2 have been drawn, mixing Group Alpha and Group Omega for Americas' curtain call of the current era of VCT. Groups were shuffled with a draw show, with three pools. Teams were seeded based on how they finished in the group stage. The first pool had the #1 and #2 seeds, the second pool had the #3 and #4 seeds, and the third pool had the #5 and #6 seeds. The seed drawn from each pool indicated which seeds would be swapping groups.

The groups are as follows:

Group Alpha

Group Omega

The road to Champions Shanghai via Brazil will begin with a more condensed schedule, with five matches to be played through four weeks. Following the group stage, the top two seeds from each group will advance directly to the playoffs, while the remaining eight teams in the region will head to the Play-Ins, where they will be joined by four teams from the Americas' three Challenger circuits: North America, Brazil, LATAM, and one representative from the Americas Play-In.

Stage 2 will begin on June 30, with finals weekend heading to São Paulo for VCT's first time in Brazil since LOCK//IN.
