surely the fact nrg lost to them in groups and anihilted them in playoffs proves demonlord's point

if Asune lifegames again for a 100T win just for them to get grouped in london im gonna be reaaaally pissed off because then the narrative is gonna be “oh why didn’t you beat them then?” or “NRG wouldn’t have done better” when we KNOW that we are more composed in internationals than we are in regionals, that’s literally our whole thing
100T makes internationals every 2 years. It's 2026, If GE and FS able to make internationals, 100T can also do it. Just pull the saving strats & mickey mouse London not competitive turney excuse already.

I hate when people say this 100T don't owe NRG or Americas as a region anything. Teams don't play for their region, they play for themselves. Even if 100T failed to even win a map at London, if I was a fan of 100T I'd still be happier than NRG going.
Also the point of NRG being better is just so reliant on historical precedent rather than if they'd actually be able to compete. NRG did better in previous metas, not this current one so who is to say if they'd better. And finally, the important thing is how do you expect new teams to get international experience if you never want any new teams at internationals

neither NRG or 100T are good reprehensive for Americas imo, teams like GE can get a swift 2-0 on them they will get grouped for sure

Looking at the matchup and London completely objectively are NRG more likely to win and do better at London? Yes. They still need to earn their spot despite this. I'm a FNC fan. Would they have done better than every EMEA team going to London in my opinion probably. But they needed to earn their spot and they did not. You can't already be pre-complaining about 100T going lol if NRG lose then they do not deserve to go to London even if they would have done better than 100T. Or LEV for that matter
