damn
i am 184cm and 85 kg.
i gotta lose weight :(
2 years ago i was 72-74kg in peak condition
i know you didnt ask for advice but i wouldnt lose too much weight just start lifting
man its easy to say but im so lazy.
every other week im like im gonna start working out and it never happens.
even bought 3 month gym membership and only went like a week.
i mean even if you only do like a full body workout twice per week thats a good place to start im lazy asl as well but training 3x a week does the trick for me just gotta make sure i train to failure. + if u cant do 20 push ups (perfect form) for example thats a good goal you can get to without even leaving your house lmao.
problem is i wake up at 6, come home at 9 pm. and then in 2 hours im in bed again. so i barely get time. life was so nice when i had no work.
but yeah maybe its cuz i force myself to workout everyday or like 5-6x a week which actually demotivates more. maybe i just start with 2x a week and slowly move up, lets see
fyi the healthy bmi weight range for 186 cm is 64 kg to 86 kg
(i know this cuz im 186cm 78kg and also thin kekw)
No matter how much I try to gain.
My belly fat increases instead of my arms.
Like my legs are good for my size but my arms look like twigs
Then youre just doing a suboptimal job ngl. I went from 180 61 kg to 75Kg. Low bf. Tiny cut away from relaxed 6pack.
You have to train well and a lot and never feel hunger while gourging yourself in protein and it should be inevitable to gain muscle.
Sure you might have unlucky bf distribution but it all very possible. Also if youre super skinny gaining bf might make you feel like youre getting fat cuz youre not used to it. But for a faster gain youll likely gain some amounts of it. I feel that way which is why i'll cut once i get closer to 80.
