20 teams with either 2 groups of 10 teams in each(top 4 get out) or 4 groups with 5 teams in each group (top 2 get out) into double elim 8 team playoffs in my opinion.

Round robin Bo3 is the best format bcz everyone can play against any team and there is no way some team go to playoffs with lucky draws (except from 1st match): playing against someone with the same record is the best way to give us fair and good matches.
