I know they don't really get noticed much but they've been growing a lot in only a couple of months

https://www.vlr.gg/47598/immortals-vs-cloud9-academy-nerd-street-gamers-winter-championship-open-2-round-2

They beat immortals that's kind of washed but still mid high tier 2 material within their first month together, and they have a decent bit of talent.

They've finished at least 5-8th at every nsg tourney recently (which requires relatively consistency)

They have poiz, who is a tier 1 Jett with 250+ acs each tournament.

They also have erkast, who is Val played just recently switching from csgo. He's going through the growing pains stage rn, but I can see a lot of potential.

The other 3 (GLYPH, renz, instinct) are relatively unnoticed but are growing a lot.

What's great though is that they've play 53 series since they first played together in October. They seem to play in any non VCT tourney they can get their hands on.

This is important because:

Poiz is a tier 1 Jett, but his problem was comms on the C9 main roster. Comming can be learned and become relatively second nature by just doing it over and over.

ErkaSt is switching games, so he can play in a professional setting to learn from both his teammates, and his opponents.

And renz, instinct, and GLYPH can get tons of t2 experience.

I love to see academy teams grow like what the initial idea of academy teams were.

Just a short appreciation post, thank you
