Are you talking about cauanzin?
if so, in this case is an informal way to call him name Cauã (Cauan) it is like ''cauanzinho'' like ronal(dinho), it's like a diminutive name.

"Zinho" is a common suffix in portuguese to indicate something that is younger (or smaller). "Zin" is just an informal way of saying it. Cauanzin is simply his name (Cauan) + "zin", 'cause he's young
