Why is there a big issue when it comes to homegrown talent for some people.

For example global esports. They committed too much to homegrown talent but somehow a subcontinent with a population nearing 2 billion has little to no talent. Only looked somewhat good when they started adding filipinos, russians, etc.

Yet a lot of their fanbase starts complaining when they stop investing into the local scene that they've been trying to garner talent from for the past 3 years??

This also applies to brazil team. With the exception of loud for 2 years and mibr for a year these teams just looked awful when developing homegrown talent. Unlike GE, some brazillians like Lukxo or Aspas are demons, so they stayed, but once teams started going international they started winning more (furia this year)

Brazil and India are not comparable. India is not developped in PC games, let alone fps games. Meanwhile brazil has a huge history in fps and has a significant and deep talent pool. The big issue in brazil is more with org scouting than talent itself

Indians have a lot of pride in their sports so now with the shift in the region for PC games. It's about time that GE invests in an all indian roster and forces them to play out of india in MY/SG/Indo/PH for better competition to bring these players up to speed.

Yeah idk abt that. it's only affected in india by around 30-40% of an increase whereas ram prices quadrupled in other countries.
affordability is a case, however most people would've tried gaming once or twice so there's no excuses for "Poverty, inflation, lack of funding" IT IS A SKILL ISSUE NOT A GOVERNMENT ISSUE.

most of them are 15 year old kids with no brain crying i say every time that if they have talent that GE did not see why not they do good In other platforms like you se primmie he was #1 for like 7 or 8 act then he got to TLN and what about India In top 100 maybe you'll see 1 so yha just they don't want to grind and they are fucked if they don't even dominate in rank and mumbai server is shit and singapur is like 80-100 ping for me so yha

it will take few years before we see some talent from india. Valorant like first mainstream online FPS for Indian so it will take some time.
also India need few more server at-least 2 more so kids get used to of low ping.

Techno (Sentinel)
Venka (Duelist)
Yuvi (Flex)
+some ranked demon slowly turn LF into IGL and work with it. Get an import coach and have these mfs work around the clock
