100T is a brand that relies heavily on public image (theyre primary source of revenue is their clothing brand). There is no chance they risk their brand by signing sinatraa. same with TSM. same with cloud9. same with Envy. Nobody's risking their brand except maybe FaZe, their rep is already in the dirt
