Picking only on region's players is throwing. They'll play against each other so they cannot all perform (or at least it's way less likely), you need to diversify your pool as much as possible

I'd go with zynx, since karon is in a new role and may not perform as well as he usually does on smokes also ash is more of a team first player which means he's more likely to focus on helping his team with util than focus on killing as much.
