am i "underconfident"

i held a presentation today
the teacher meant that i, constantly undersell myself
and this got me wondering
am i underconfident?

Low self esteem maybe

how is one presentation supposed to be definitive of who you are as a person. you present yourself to people every day and have been doing so since the day you were born.

that being said, if you feel like you are lacking in confidence feel free to talk to someone you trust about it.
