Fate/Zero. Directly start with this and then Fate/stay Night: Unlimited blade work and then 3 Fate/Stay night movies.

All have very interesting stories and are intertwined to a certain extent. Animation is by ufotable so expect some top tier animations specially in the movies, the animation in those 3 movies is the best humanity can currently offer.
