FENNEL GC FENNEL GC Japan Unranked Moco Sarina Kawashima suzu Suzu Sasaki YuRinChi has announced the departures of players Park "YamzzI" Su-jin (박수진), Jeong "miNt" Ye-rim (정예림), coach Lee "GODLIKE" Seo-ha (이서하) and assistant coach "Reglus" .

After the disbandment of Japan's top Game Changers team in ZETA DIVISION GC ZETA DIVISION GC Inactive last year, FENNEL GC beat out REIGNITE Lily REIGNITE Lily Japan Rank #25 maripo Zodiac as the top team in Japan, even eliminating them at the Pacific finals in October. At the center of that rise to becoming the country's top Game Changers team are two Korean Duelist players, who have now left after spending over two years with the org.

Having been a Valorant prodigy of sorts since breaking out onto the scene as a 15-year-old player in ranked, miNt has competed for FENNEL GC since the 2023 season. Throughout the years, her best play has come on the Duelist role, oftentimes as a one-two punch with fellow Korean Duelist player YamzzI.

YamzzI also departs FENNEL after spending the past two years with the org and competing in the regional qualifier three times in that time. While known as a Sentinel and Duelist player for the earlier portion of her FENNEL career, she grew into the Initiator role last year. Before moving over to the Japanese circuit like countless other Korean GC players, YamzzI played for SPEAR GAMING Female SPEAR GAMING Female Inactive YamzzI Park Su-jin (박수진) Haneul in Korea.

With miNt and YamzzI a part of the squad, FENNEL achieved a fourth-place finish at GC 2023 East Asia, a 7th-8th finish at GC 2024 Pacific, and a fourth-place finish this year, meaning the squad came just close to qualifying for GCC on two different occasions, with the duo a part of both top-four finishes.

Coach GODLIKE joined FENNEL GC in 2024 for his first coaching position, wrapping up a long playing career on some of Korea's most well-known pre-partnership teams. After spending the 2024 season in ZETA GC's shadow, GODLIKE and FENNEL rose to the top of Japan in 2025, lifting the Split 1 and Split 2 trophies. After picking up suzu and Moco from the disbanded ZETA DIVISION GC core last offseason, FENNEL GC now opens up two roster spots and its entire coaching booth entering the offseason.
