I saw some clips from champs finals, that ethan was looking at Alfajer mouse during post plant in 1 v 1 in abyss and giving comms (He is sticking it).
I don't think that's fair game from NRG using cheap tactics like this.
If you can't win fair you don't deserve it.

Note - Even if technically not illegal by Riot’s rulebook (depending on the situation), it’s still an unsportsmanlike act. Winning should come from mechanical skill, decision-making, and teamplay — not exploiting physical setups.

you control yourself ur making no sense things like this are very common btw also what ur talking abt is 1 round and that wont make a single diff over the course of entire tourney + how tf will time change that any player could do that and its very much legal there is no rule saying you cant look at your opponent or at their mouse thats like saying you cant look at the way the the opponent is holding the bat towards or ballers arm or which foot of the footballer is in the air before hes hitting like what

I am in control. Even if there is no rule like that. But why you need to watch the hand movements and give information.
It's my opinion don't tell me what to say.

It's called immoral to win a round like this. Get your eyes tested first.

Alfa lost the gunfight and the call was wrong? are we restarted? I guess it's immoral that alfa is worse than skuba in that moment and couldn't kill him

#14

yes the call was wrong because the call implied that alfa was sticking when he wasnt (misunderstood mb)

It's honestly worse for skuba because he could've lost the round since the call was wrong lmfao

But it should be checked by Riot for to use dirty cheap tactics. Every round is important in finals match like that.

seeing as how you are boiling down so hard to discredit NRG’s champs win because of riot having bad stage design is what a fan would do to cope with their team losing

I am not blaming to NRG champs win. I am blaming the cheap tactics used by player to win such round. They can use the same tactics to win future matches

It is fair bro cause like this is all a part of lan experience, like how the crowds work as well giving you the cue if you missed an opponent

bruh cs pros did this all the fucking time. looking at the opponent to see if their screen flashed white at all gave them info if they were playing in the area where the flashbang went off. thats why riot added those lights on the side of the table facing the enemy to prevent them from seeing if they got hit by a flash. comming that hes not spinning his mouse to let his team know hes off the bomb and holding for the swing, allowing nrg to double swing to win the round is nothing compared to cs t-t

I'm assuming it's in the riot rulebook that players can't look across the stage when playing.

I will answer your question if you can answer how it was solely due to ethan's call that won nrg that round

#31

I am not analysts. I am against the tactics he is used in the end.

it's just part and parcel of playing on lan. also, it could've gone either way.
"he's not moving his mouse" - that could mean anything; alfa holding the defuse and main or alfa just holding the angle and not sticking. like that call had zero consequence on how the round played out.

bruh. he was off the bomb by the time skuba peeked. It's not that deep lol. Plus NRG lost that map. Some pros also keep wiggling their mouse while defusing like forsaken against sen sunset. Fnatic players themselves wont find this as a cheap thing

All these VLR users are barking at me, saying I’m in the wrong for calling out a player who was watching their opponent’s hand movements and giving info. It doesn’t matter whether they won the round or not — as a professional esports player, do you really think it’s acceptable to stoop that low?

#51

Yes it is acceptable.

i cant tell if this is serious or not but in case it is i think Ethan's call was more of a joke and im almost certain the visibility from across the stage isn't that good anyways to consistent rely on such tricks
