Why NA sucks at every single esports?

I think it's because of work ethic. NA players are literally just streamers most of the time and spend only a few hours on scrims daily. They focus more on the growth of their individual streams. They won't win things but they still earn the most money. As for players, they are the true winners but as for fans, it sucks
