If he costreamed it like ibai used to then sure get them in. But you'd need contractual commitments from him despite him having 10 different business venues goin on at the same time
While it would definitely lead to a higher total amount of unique viewers, Riot doesnt think like that
they only care about how many are watching at a given time (normal viewer numbers vs unique viewers)
so getting another representative from an already established league would bring them way more average viewers - even if 90% are existing viewers that would watch vct anyways (and are just more likely to now watch this specific group stage game because it has a team they like)
