If you wanna just afk farm, I guess just pure tanks work? If you want some early game fuckery vs a Garen just go Darius but be careful of people who can kite you however you said it was iron so maybe you have a chance of popping off and just never getting kited and kill everyone with the bleed stacks into ults LOL
