Panda joins and instantly within a few months they are now the team with the best mental in the whole world. They can go down 0-4 or 0-6 and think its fine we'll win the next 6 or 10 rounds. That's insane if you ask me.

I think he also manages their diet a little bit? I think in one of the vlogs he stops them from eating too much sugar so they don't spike during the match. Whatever they are paying him I think they got insane value out of it. Actually you gotta praise whoever is doing the scouting for paper rex. They've never missed with any of their signings and they are all people or roles that aren't exactly mainstream.
