The bar for IGLs

Nats igling and shooting back gotta increase the bar for IGLs.
You can't just excuse their shit aim just because they are an igl.

Dumbest thing ive ever heard. Just because one person shoots back, that doesn't raise the bar for the other like 47 vct teams. Also you cant really raise the bar when there is already a shortage of good igl's

yeah but nats is on senti and playing aggressive, the non fragging igls dont frag because they dont play aggressive and rather put their own players in those positions. Boaster has held his own in 1v1s and has been shooting back he just dosent get a lot of chances to do so when he dosent have to fight 80% of the time.

i think it depends on the team. if you're doing pre-round and micromanaging people mid-round, i imagine its harder to focus on your own performance. but yes igls like nats, valyn and johnqt do elevate the bar

nats is clearly an outlier, it raises the bar slightly just like munchkin or even jamppi but lets not expect every igl to be as good as those two, Boaster and Ange1 have improved a lot this year so they are clearly feeling the pressure

Being able to duel another player and when fans look at it they arent gonna say "oh player x is gonna win this against the igl easily"
