The roster consists of Presley "Slandy" Anderson, Jina "marceline" Kim, Jasmine "Jazzyk1ns" Manankil, Emily "melya" Khan, and Lydia "lidyuh" Wilson as the IGL, with Abdo "c4Lypso" Agha as the head coach.

The most tenured player of the roster is Jazzyk1ns, who has been towards the top of the GC scene since its inception in 2021. She was a part of the original Cloud9 White Cloud9 White Inactive Bob Bob Tran alexis Alexis Guarrasi Jazzyk1ns Jasmine Manankil katsumi Katja Pfahnl meL Melanie Capone roster that originally dominated North America and placed fourth at the inaugural Game Changers Championship. She then played with Complexity GX3 Complexity GX3 Inactive clawdia Claudia Che Karra Aara Lee rayse L4CE Lacey Dilworth Jazzyk1ns Jasmine Manankil in 2023 and Passion Project Passion Project Inactive lazylion Nathan Hoang unstable in 2024, both strong rosters that ultimately couldn't take down the ever dominant Shopify Rebellion Gold Shopify Rebellion Gold North America Rank #169 dodonut Karnthida Chaisrakeo vanitas glowstick alexis Alexis Guarrasi Noia Nicole Tierce . While historically a Duelist player, she has transitioned to the Sentinel role on this new team.

100 Thieves will be led by Controller player lidyuh, formerly known as tupperware. She was most known for her time with Immortals Immortals Inactive in 2022, as well as a short stint with Disguised GC Disguised GC Inactive Katarina lazylion Nathan Hoang unstable hannah Hannah Reyes misu in 2023. Since then, she's been with 100T as a streamer, but will now get the chance to prove herself again as a competitor.

The other three players have been around the scene for a while, but have never quite been able to break into the very top. Slandy most notably played for Misfits Black Misfits Black Inactive panday Tastyy Carlee Carlee Gress edith Eden Bryce Cutlip Slandy Presley Anderson in 2022 and 2023, and recently Reformed GC Reformed GC Inactive mili Selene Angel riv misu Kazler , while marceline and melya played under YFP X YFP X Inactive together.

The team will be coached by veteran player c4Lypso, who's been in the Valorant scene from the very start. He most notably played for ENVY ENVY North America Rank #9 Eggsterr Evan Grady nightz Christian Smith in 2020, but has been bouncing around various tier two teams since. Recently, he has taken up coaching, helping lead The Ultimates The Ultimates MENA Rank #1 during their Ascension run in 2024.

100 Thieves are currently competing their new roster in GC NA Stage 2 with a 2-0 record in the Swiss stage. They are the only North American partnership team to field a GC roster at this time.
