Is there a possibility of sinatraa coming back to the pro scene? Im pretty sure that all acusations from his gf were stopped. She did not follow through with the lawsuits and the investigation was inconclusive. Im thinking Sinatraa might come back and play for a team and if he does which team might he go to since Sen doesnt really need him.

Do you know how expensive legal battles are? Large reason why many victims have to avoid, sadly. Not to mention, what is this concept of "isn't enough for a court of law it isn't enough to ruin someone's career?" That is kinda narrow-minded and quite silly, tbh. Do you know how many clever lawyers have had cases thrown out of court on technicalities when the victim's case was obviously very legit?

Rape is crime so victim doesnt need to have a lawyer, its not a civil suit. Country have a prosecutor who tries to get a conviction and accused needs a lawyer.

It's not happening, it would be a massive PR disaster for any team that picks him up. If he returns it will be to a free agent team. Only situation in which a pro team signs him is if Cleo says she was lying.

I don't think there is. People forget Riot didn't ban him because of the accusations alone, they banned him because he promised to cooperate with their investigation and then didn't. If he had cooperated, and nothing was found, I'd want him back. The gf still has a few months to back up the accusation, if she doesn't, then maybe he could come back, but just adding him back to the scene in a tier 1 team would do more harm than good

yes, but she probably wont admit to lying. I think the most realistic good scenario for the whole thing would be she comes back with proof and we can finally settle it. What I think is gonna happen is that she never comes forward and the whole case is left in limbo. If that hapens, once the time limit runs out there wouldn't be a legal problem with a team picking him up, but it would still be bad for PR and some casters said they dont want to cast his games until the matter is settled
