The lowest average I've ever seen is in my mathematics course this semester (Partial differential equation), which was -2.5 in the exam out of 40 (I scored 2). Another low average I've seen is Indian team winning against SEA teams which is 0 (or tending to 0).

there were 5 questions, if u tick all the correct options u get +8, if u leave the question u get 0, and -2 in every other case.
The lowest was -10, I attempted 4 questions got one right and other wrong (so 8-3*2=2)
