I know like Kajaak isn’t even close to s1mple in anyway but besides that I’m thinking about the Alfajer and Boaster synergy that Rain and Karrigan have had for way longer, Elige and Crashies sailing to Europe to replace the current or at least an insane player for their role that they might not have been expected to completely fill but still have an impact which both have had numerous times with slow starts(idk if that’s true I don’t remember kickoff stats and Blast Bounty too much). Chronicle and Frozen were both really good additions and made sense to add with their experience and ability to take over the game at times. Also the IGL’s are both motivators and play off vibes or boost the confidence of their players to heights other igl’s in their scenes can’t. I know there are a bunch of different things inside and outside the team we can see that make each of these rosters different but it’s just something I was thinking about when FNATIC were toasting up SEN today and how both rosters have made such big changes this year that have slowly but surely paid off. If FNATIC catch G2 off guard and if Faze can make Dallas proud, it’s going to be legendary to watch and legacy defining for both the teams and players.
TDLR; similar igl’s in terms of what they bring, each has an American player, shocking super star signings that were risky, igl’s duo that has won an MVP of massive Tournament, veteran that has proven that they can step it up at any time.
