It's about peak, not duration.

Aspas
I don't think Aspas has reached his peak yet, tbh. If you watch his games today, he plays much better compared to previous years. He just keeps improving every year, even learning new aiming mechanics like the primmie crouch peek, strafing in only one direction while dueling, etc. I think he's one of those players for whom there is no real peak—he just keeps improving over time, like Thor.
I feel like he never had a prime, or never left it. The only thing that changed every year is the meta and the teams he played for and against. He just kept adapting to everything year after year, and his stats just kept fluctuating at a very high level.
