“food noise”

has anybody ever dealt with this?
basically for me it’s the uncontrollable urge to eat anything and everything I see. it’s bad. at its worst I was 300 pounds. I was thankfully able to get down to 220 (I did it in an unhealthy way but I did it) and was it seemed like it had disappeared. even when I started bulking and gained like 40 pounds it wasn’t because of the “food noise”. when I started my cut and lost the 40 pounds again everything was going good until I decided I had earned a cheat day and ever since then it’s been nonstop in my head. I went on a three week binge spree eating whatever I “wanted” I ended up gaining 10 pounds back unfortunately.
does anybody have any experience/tips with this?

I don't have an "uncontrollable urge" for me I js don't buy anything that is easy to eat. Like I only have rice, chicken, veggies etc. If theres a hassle to make smth to eat you're less likely to eat it.
