100T G2 vyse ult visual glitch vs. XSET FPX turret

Last round of XSET v. FPX was replayed due to KJ turret bug BECAUSE it was the game deciding round and Riot called for it, NOT XSET.

I don't know if 100T v. G2 can/will be replayed due to Vyse ult visual glitch (see here, 27:43 but the link should already direct you to it) because

1) League officials can only initiate a round replay if damage has not been done during the round OR the bug is a "gamebreaking bug" and listed under Esports Bug List (seemingly unavailable to public)
2) Randoms on internet claim that KJ turret in 2022 was listed under this bug list, and so XSET FPX got a replay

yeah its not his fault, there was a second when he was in the ult zone when the yellow indicator was up but when he went into the corner it went away so obviously he assumed he wouldnt get hit
and looking at the borders of the ult on the walls he was just outside of it as well

IF 100T wanted to challenge this bug and replay the round, the coach would have to request a Challenge "within the first twenty (20) seconds of a Buy Phase of the round immediately subsequent to the impacted round... in order to use a Challenge, the Team must have at least one (1) remaining Timeout for the map. If the Team does not have any remaining Timeouts, the Team may not request a Challenge" (Section 9).

If the bug is instead a major bug, league officials cannot initiate a round replay by themselves

People are saying that KJ turret was listed in the Esports Bug List for the patch during XSET v. FPX, but I'm not sure where to find this bug list (according to a Reddit thread 2 years ago, it's not available to the general public (but obviously it's according to a REDDIT THREAD)) and if the Vyse ult is classified as a "gamebreaking bug" or not

Even if KJ turret wasn't listed in the Esports Bug List, because it was the last round, I expect that Riot made an exception here because there is no next round to challenge

SO if Vyse let indicator is not a major bug, there is 0 chance that 100T get to replay this
