It might have been down to which agent he's more comfortable with. They just changed their comp, after all. Keiko on Iso was what they really wanted, probably.

It doesnt even make sense, like what is the point, that neon runs after the arrow? astra util is easly dodgable and omen flash just hadr counters the entry
It works way better with an Omen compared to Astra because the Omen flash is OP on Haven
