At first, I thought that this was a really bad move for RRQ, but then I realized that since they already have an import, and there is no another english speaker apac tier2 igl left in the market. If RRQ signs crazyguy, the battle for the last spot in the omega group would be very close among TS (this team has proved itself last year), ZETA (I like the fennel core), and RRQ (downgrading themself to match ZETA and TS level)
