I have this idea on how they should make the Pool and Groupings for Valorant champions.
Quick definition: Pools are where you'll get the groupings while the Groupings are the teams who will face each other.

Here it goes:

Pool A
EMEA 1
NA 1
BR 1
SEA 1
Reason for these teams: These teams are selected since they have the most Circuit points in their region AND they have 2 teams who will qualify through Circuit Points

Pool B
EMEA 2
NA 2
BR 2
SEA 2
Reason for these teams: These teams are selected since they have the 2nd most Circuit points from their region

Pool C
LATAM
JP
KR
Berlin Winner
Reason for these teams: The first three teams are the only representative from their region hence, they got their separate Pool plus the Berlin Winner.

Pool D
NA LCQ
EMEA LCQ
SA LCQ
APAC LCQ
Reason for these teams: They are the LCQ winners. It is very fitting that they get their own pool because they "technically" go through champions as last place from their respective regions.

And now the Groupings...
Before we proceed, there should be simple rules to take note when putting the teams together
Rule 1: Teams cannot be placed in the same group when they come from the SAME POOL
Rule 2: Teams cannot be placed in the same group when they come from the SAME REGION

Proposed Groupings:

GROUP A:
EMEA 1 (Acend)
SEA 2 (Team Secret)
JP (Crazy Raccoons)
SA LCQ Winner
Reason for these teams: Acend came from Pool A, Team Secret came from Pool B, Crazy Raccoons came from Pool C, SA LCQ Winner came from Pool D.

GROUP B
NA 1 (Sentinels)
BR 2 (Vivo Keyd)
Berlin Winner (Gambit Esports)
APAC LCQ Winner
Reason for these teams: Sentinels came from Pool A, Vivo Keyd came from Pool B, Gambit came from Pool C, APAC LCQ Winner came from Pool D.

GROUP C
BR 1 (Team Vikings)
NA 2 (Envy)
KR (Vision Strikers)
EMEA LCQ Winner
Reason for these teams: Team Vikings came from Pool A, Envy came from Pool B, Vision Strikers came from Pool C, EMEA LCQ Winner came from Pool D.

Group D:
SEA 1 (X10 Esports)
EMEA 2 (Fnatic)
LATAM (Kru Esports)
NA LCQ Winnerr
Reason for these teams: X10 came from Pool A, Fnatic came from Pool B, Kru came from Pool C, NA LCQ Winner came from Pool D.

Of course, certain teams can be replaced with one another as long as they follow the Grouping rules
I feel like this is a great format since we will really see if certain regions deserve to have 2 slots for Circuit points alone based on their collective performance. Also, the spreading out of the regions will create more action between international teams and will (HOPEFULLY) produce more exciting games.

Gambit playing in two groups, hope they meet themselves in the quarter finals.

EMEA 1 is determined based on the circuit points from the EMEA region that's why Berlin Winner (in this case, GMB) is different

Yeah they gave a reason for that.
People had opinions that if there is 1 EMEA team in each grp, half teams in playoffs will be from EMEA (of course EMEA fans mostly)

Also teams from regions other than NA and EMEA should get a chance to play against each other.

Makes no sense though, because if you look at the points in Iceland vs the points in berlin. all berlin placements got an extra 25 points added compared to their Iceland placements so if berlin winner didn’t get the auto slot gambit would’ve got 425 points putting them 175 points clear of acend so they deserved the number 1 slot. Even if gambit came second they would’ve been the number 1 seed in emea

Amazing grouping
You can have a group of acend, envy, Gambit and 100T/G2/liquid/whoever from NA/EMEA LCQ

While also having a group of
Vivo Keyd, X10, Crazy Raccoons and then F4Q or DWG Kia

Super, superb, excellent.

Yeahh that's the main issue for the Berlin winner in this pool but I think they'll still win/come out of the group they will be placed + it will be a real test for them to play a top team from a certain region before coming out of groups

This pools dont have sense based on this year, KR is much better than BR and better than SEA, LATAM is better than BR looking recent matches (U could say KRÜ>BR>LATAM but thats wrong bc Latam only have 1 spot so LATAM>BR rigth now), berlin winner is better than EMEA 1 or NA 1, riot base their pools on the performance of the regions, this isnt something that represent that, see how horrible is group C compared to group A being free for acend like A death group and B free group of masters berlin.

The pools for sure have to be changed. I think this is just like the format of berlin but with diferent pools that are wrong. This is just my opinion dont take it personal or something.

I get what you are saying but ppl don't want it according to performance of teams playing, they want it according to seeding and and fanbase size.
Riot cannot possibly make this fair and agreeable for everyone. Everybody has their own opinions which are understood l.
Riot tries to go according to the popular opinions that pop-up the most on social medias.

Yeah but make it as fanbases would result on TSM seed 1 of NA, make it as performance its the best way to get a fair and good competition, also theres fanbase of every team so riot would be hated if their fav team gets group of death.
