To elaborate, these regions have seemingly impossible qualification routes and only get one chance to somehow make it out on top of 3/4 brackets in a row. Do you think that they might get spot(s) in challengers so they at least have a couple chances to prove themselves? I don't know how the transportation would work, but for example top 1/2 OCE compete in a 16 team NA closed qualifier to get to challengers 1, before the double elim bracket.

Highly likely! Some insider scoops from people who organize the biggest South Asian tournaments are forecasting big news coming up in 2022 for SA at least.

All regions should have a guaranteed spot at least on the champions main stage to raise their level if Riot wants Valorant to be a global esports. Limiting or diminishing the representation of regions right at the start of a game that is still developing its place in the global e-sports scene will only make the same thing happen with LoL. LoL today only consists of KR and CH fighting for the title and EU at most reaching a semifinal. If Riot wants this to happen at Valorant and leaves the competitive scenario boring as it will be very predictable who will win, they should also support the growth of smaller regions so that they can evolve at the same pace as the better regions.
