Cheaters in low rank

Looks like vanguard is failing to do its job, getting cheaters every few games. Also why am I getting-rr even after game getting terminated?

oh wait it's not game killing and the cheaters get banned, I guess rito are a bigger indie company than volvo

didn't they say they're implementing a rr return if a cheater gets banned after the game ends
i guess that'll be added in an upcoming patch

If they get banned doesn't that mean vanguard is doing its job?
