I was wondering, did Sentinels qualify to Champions by winning Masters 2, or is it because of the amount of points they have now?
If it's the 2nd one, why is it different for masters 2 and 3? And why does masters 3 give and extra slot for the winner's region while this wasn't the case for Masters 2?

It’s based off of the amount of points
The winner of Reykjavik did not get a slot to champions

It was by the amount of points, and my guess as to why winner of M3 gets ch. spot is bc of recency bias. I think they figure that 75 days is not enough for a team to not be good enough to deserve champions after beating other top teams itw at a LAN

It gives an extra slot because the team that qualifies through Berlin doesn't take up a circuit point slot. Therefore other teams get those slots + the berlin winner slot, so basically an extra region slot
