Brazilian news website "Canal Tech" released, about an hour ago, a report about his conviction in 2015 when he physically assaulted his ex-girlfriend. He paid a R$2000 (~ 381$) bail and was released by the police.

The majority of the brazilian community, including his teammates, did not know about this.

Vivo Keyd will be playing tomorrow for the first time in Masters Berlin.

He did that horrible shit in 2015. What riot gonna do now? Ban him for playing, over something from 2015? Tricky situation.....

Yea, I don't know if Riot itself is going to do anything about it, if they have a policy/ruling about stuff like this or not, but I don't think any org wants a formerly convicted person representing them. Vivo Keyd will most likely get rid of him.

Yea, most prob nothing will happen till this tourney is over. Lets see..

i think a criminal charge is enough of a reason to just suspend him. but it was in 2015 so i dont think riot would do anything. if the brazilian law doesnt care enough to punish him riot wouldnt care either.

yeah i definitely skipped the 2015 part but still are they even gonna look at the situation?

The assault was reported in December 2015 by probably the biggest news website in Brazil, G1.

But for the gaming community, yes. Some people are questioning the timing on this. Personally I don't give a shit about it, this is fucked up and he should be exposed.

this is completely different. There is hard evidence and that's what makes it seriously fucked up.

I hope his girlfriend is better and that ntk is a better man now (although I don't see myself forgiving him tbh)

probably because journalists are reading into players histories to write about them?

idk they could've know about this incident a long time ago and just wanted to just release the article before his first lan match so that it would have more traction. if that's the case the journalists are pieces of shit as well.

is vivo keyd going to terminate his contract immediately? i don't know how stringent they are on ethics

what a shitty timing for his teammates but this should have been known long ago

edit: i can only see two outcomes

1) they dont do shit and eventually suffer repercussions from riot for inaction

2) they play it out with their coach

" but dont wanna ruin it for the other 4" it doesn't matter, this new will damage the environment of the team. Also Idk why the journalist wait to post it 1 day before their match on a big tournament, If they knew this why they didn't post it when VK won Brazil playoffs to find a replacement?

F VK, you are fucked thx to ntk and the journalists timing. #FUCKYOUNTK #FUCKYOUJOURNALISTS
