go to liquipedia and go to the bracket of the match, then click on where the score is in the little exclamation mark sign and the twitch logo should appear somewhere if the match is being streamed live and then there you go it keeps u on liquipedia and u can watch from there
(hopefully liquipedia is unblocked for u guys and it only works if the match is live or if the bracket of the match is in the future)

I'm not sure but I think if Twitch website is banned even if he tries to watch a twitch stream from another page it'll not load because it will be blocked. Youtube is the best solution for now.

ive done it before thats why i said this and twitch and anything gaming related is blocked on my chromebook too and it worked i mean even youtube streams are blocked

Open vlr.gg and see the score from there or u may see livestreams and under that click the Twitch popout and boom u can see without visiting the site.
