Does that means that the teams that are going to Berlin are already qualified to Champions? Teams like 100T, Envy, Acend, SMB, etc? I am so lost.

No, Sentinels is qualified because they have enough points, TL will qualify if they win this because they will have enough points.

Thank you. My question came because one of the casters mentioned that TL will qualify to Champions with the win.

Yeah, if they win this match they will have 425 points and only acend can possibly earn more. Since there are two slots, TL is guaranteed a Champions slot w/ the win

No, but you gain a lot of points. Doesn't mean you're qualified automatically. If you win Berlin you are guaranteed though
Sentinels are autoqualified from gaining enough points where they can't be dethroned from top2.
Liquid will qualify today to Champions if they beat Gambit

Slots are divided into Circuit Point Slots(11) and Last Chance Qualifier(LCQ) slots(5).
Circuit points are earned by winning events and going to Berlin earns you a lot (175). The top 1/2 teams from each region in terms of circuit points go straight to Champions through those slots while the lower teams go to the LCQ where they will play for the last slot in that region.

*Liquipediaexplains this well

there are circuit points.... teams with highest circuit points from stage 1 to stage 3 goes champions.... now you get a whole lot of points just by qualifying for berlin... team liquid already have lots of points so if they go berlin... they are lock in for champions

Basically all these challenger/masters everything are qualifications for champions, based on Circuit points achieved throughout. Teams that played in each masters gained a lot of circuit points but none are guaranteed yet since it can change due to other teams getting massive amounts of points from these challenger/masters events. The reason the caster said that is because if TL win, they get the guaranteed amount of circuit points that qualify them to Champions. Sentinels qualified as they won in both Masters 1/2. Teams that do not qualify on points can qualify through either winning Berlin, or winning the LCQ (Last Chance Qualifiers).
