I'd definitely put Wardell above cNed but this could be bias as well.
Most people were hyping up people from their regions just by extracting highlight clips. Problem with that is, every Tier 1 pro has a highlight worthy moment where they have this incredible ace. Even the worst Tier 1's have that moment so seeing those highlight clips means almost nothing.

Tenz says he's the best jett, also v1 thinks he's the best in the world. Both players have a team carry style, but the difference is that cned won the Masters 1 champion with 111 kills and 35 frags in the final. we still haven't seen both of them in the lan tournament but I think cned's rivals sahazam and tenz, not wardell

why would you think wardell is an oper than cNed, Wardell has acheived nothing compared to cNed this year, also cNed has better numbers, TSM also plays for Wardell's op a lot,

the only time Wardell > cNed is when it comes to pure OP only skills ( def + att rnds ) . cNed has better Jett and rifle prowess. ( and I'm super biased towards Wardell considering I liked the TenZ - Wardell rivalry so so much )

additional info : I have never a seen a play from wardell or anything but I can tell you this, cNed is the most creative and aggressive player with the op.
So many people think cned is the best op player cuz he doesn't miss with the op, well he does. But pure op shooting skill is not gonna make you the best op player. cNed takes risks, he is the most agressive player he is going for noscopes, he uses brilliant smokes to create advantegous positions with the op.
he will shoot through smokes in certain angles with op.. just to make sure that he is trying his best and not giving up just cuz his sight is closed
