this is more about the video itself and not the songs

2021 was based around valorant agents and some random fans

2022 was based around basically the entire valorant community, the tier 1 pros, the GC players, the valorant agents themselves

2023 what do you want?

for me personally, i would prefer a storyline. between two teams(or players). or even between the 3 regions, i want this year's video to be like an introduction to the biggest VALORANT event of the year, something which if i were to show to my friend (who doesnt follow valorant) would make him care about this event.

yes, it's more because normally riot videos take things from the previous year, and last year it was Loud and Optic. But all teams will show up, and for sure Fnatic will be highlighted

they dont take all things from last year, they said they have to decide on most of the things at the start of the year, so its more like they wait until the first international event to set sights on one story

The people in 2021’s video were stand-ins for pros, as at the time of the videos creation they could not have known who would be influential and known in the pro scene
It’s gonna continue being the pros and the agents

most likely will be about storylines, something based around "myths, fables, legends" like we saw in the cutscenes in champs 2022, like sacy, fns and them sitting on the throne, "make this legacy yours" type of corny bullshit, should be exciting!!!

First Champions song was hype but there wasn't much storyline to make a hype video. Second one was meh and the video was good.

I hope this one features more storylines from last year (like LOUDxOPTC) and has a hype song.
