Not being toxic like some lifeless kids but a real fix to this team is 3 things

giving them time and see if they develop and win games, even LOUD was not winning from start so as a benefit of doubt we can give them time till this year and see if they improve or not.
get them a head coach instead of Eraser.Look how Ewok turned RRQ into really good team and look how Eraser turned GE into a bottom barrel team with player like Monyet.
make Monyet primary duelist, he is top fragging and can still frag on duelist, make him primary duelist and ask rossi to learn smokes or LF can be good smokes player if he is given time since he has played them before.Monyet can also play raze and other duelist as well so him on duelist is the best possible outcome for the team.

As for the indian members, We can have LF on smokes or Rossi on initiator if he can pick it up. No point in having indians if we cant win anything. I care more about the flag of the team and not the players on the team. if Global won people will say team from India wins, its well and good if we have a gopd player from india but in reality we don't so either make a champion team without indian or make LF as Smokes player.

Note:- I am a very logical human being but if you want to be toxic then i will make sure to be more toxic.

I do agree they do need time, specially a roster that has gone through so many changes and is so new. Things need to settle down. Pretty sure they can’t sign anyone until the next year including coach, so let’s just let them work

Ok changes to Ur saying If Monyet is Performing on Controller Why change him. APAC really lacks Some good fragging controllers and Shifting Monyet to other role won't make change.
The change i would like to have is.
Keep the roles same. Texture look insane on KJ bazzi looks good on initiators and Ayrin is ready to flex. And let Rossi play Jett.
Changing coaching Staff. Like Korean coaches are known for having a Structured team but Eraser cant make his players Disciplined.
Also I don't think Global Really prepares for their opponents. Like I have never seen a Counter stat from them.

Make Rossi not overheat and Not overpeak.
