A good fix will be to give up for this year and work out on next year roster. Work on kicking out Sacy, Pancada, TenZ and Zekken (I know you can plan it out well) and buy Yay, FNS, Crashies and Victor. Get Chet as coach. EZ best team in the world. So what are you waiting for? Work on it now! I know you can do it! Negotiate with them now like how you did with Sacy and Pancada.

If they make another roster change this team is done lol how about working on team coordination first before making a decision. Look at NRG everyone's saying ardiis is a british psy-op designed to ruin NA Valorant but now after they fixed their problem they've been on the rise and getting their shit back together
