Tier 2 players really deserve franchise spot?

Like T2 players are going insane in these challenger league but do they really stand a chance against tier1 orgs and players like loud fnatic nrg lev drx and more tier 1orgs etc. Like m80, guard players and the best player in VCL do they really stand a chance because if they do so then they wouldn't be on a tier 2 team or org. Like they haven't played or been on that big stage except shahz and dapr and many more idk. So giving them hype is useless. Like koalanoob and company have any chances of beating the world champions loud or beat the optic core something like that. I don't think so? I mean like yay could 1v5 every T2 org in that chamber meta COPIUM 💀
Like if the players actually were actually that good then they would've been picked up by the franchised orgs. Like sentinels wouldn't have gone for sacy and pancada, they would have picked up zander and nismo. No comparison.
