Giants' new roster showed promise coming into 2021 after a top-eight placement in First Strike. However, they got off to a rough start by failing to exit their group at the first LVP Rising Series, where they lost to forZe and Don't Even Ask, who would later become ACEND.

They seemed cursed in Riot's Champions Tour, failing to progress beyond the top 16 in their first two outings. This prompted them to replace Vincent "Happy" Schopenhauer with Adolfo "Fit1nho" Gallego. The Spaniard took the team a round further, but they were still knocked out by Dfuse one game away from the main event.

Before VCT's Stage 2 they tried to qualify for the Nicecactus March Trophy twice, but Portuguese teams stood in their way both times. Coming back into the Champions Tour, their top 16 curse seemed to return as they were struck down by ACEND and Vitality in the two qualifiers.

With the addition of MOLSI and role change for pipsoN, the team strives for a better Stage 3 performance. The Russian is no stranger to coaching, as he held the role in his CS:GO days for Winstrike and pro100 between March 2019 and March 2020.
