you have to be extremely interested about that subject. another solution is to dedicate a room/space for doing something u need to concentrate for and dont bring any distractions

edit: i use our house sala when i do my homework since i can focus 100% in that space

I have a dedicated room for study but still I somehow manage to waste hours everyday even though I oush myself and try not to waste time, I still do

I feel bad before sleeping every night because I'm always unable to complete all my assigned tasks everyday.

listen to music, turn off any electronic devices that might distract you and take short breaks

Buy a whiteboard and marker. List things you need to accomplish by today and focus on getting it done before any breaks.

This ^^
Also, its better to list things down physically and note things down physically instead of digitalizing everything. Avoid electronics.

wake up early and do the hardest/less stimulating things first in the day. Force yourself. If you are not forcing, you are not trying
