Danny [#33]This is for all the marbles
NRG has the experience but C9 has the heart
#WEAREZELLSIS #C9WIN
Lmao this gives me such a "with the power of friendship" vibes
aylez [#31]C9 2-1 (logically)
NRG 2-0 (hopium + keith masterclass)
honestly the logical result would be nrg destroying c9 here. considering how c9 won only 2-1 whilst nrg were experimenting
aTastyCook1e [#6]NRG 2-1 C9
damn mans not only got the right teams but the right scoreline too no way c9 winning after getting decimated by eg at least eg vs nrg was close
_Esdeath_ [#44]honestly the logical result would be nrg destroying c9 here. considering how c9 won only 2-1 whilst nrg were experimenting
I would expect NRG to beat C9 because they are visibly improving, against Furia recently they won bind while losing less rounds and won haven when they lost haven last time. Also EG vs NRG was a very close series while C9 vs EG was a complete stomp.
(Interior - Grand E-Sports Arena. The Crowd is going wild. Enter characters, C9 and NRG)
C9: (flashing a confident smile) You know, NRG, despite the trash talk, Ardiis might just drop a Huge W. The guy's got skills.
NRG: (laughs) Look who's talking, Mr. Popular! You guys are like the high school heartthrobs of esports, simps and e-girls following you around like you're giving away free WiFi.
C9: (chuckles) Well, can't argue with that. The C9 charm is irresistible, my friend. But let's be real - they're here for the thrill of the game, not our pretty faces.
NRG: (smirks) Keep telling yourself that, buddy.
(Both laugh, high-five each other and get ready for the next round.)
VOICEOVER: In the world of esports, it's not just about winning. It's about style, skill, and a whole lot of sass!
(Cut to black, cue upbeat music)
cristiadu [#64]I don't want C9 to win due to the org, but I also dislike ardiis soooooooo
Whats wrong with ardiis. Only likeable player on NRG besides som
juno_VLR [#82]who is casting this?

Are you serious? The casting from Vansilli and Rivington isn't terrible and I like the energy that Vansilli especially brings, but surely ever other Americas duo is better, no? Doug & Balla, Bren & Sideshow always give such insightful takes and improve the viewing experience on top of having some stellar commentary for the most crazy rounds, while Vans & Riv only ever have the narriatives the desk comes up with in mind. And on top of that they make so many small mistakes that a tier 1 caster shouldn't.
Just listening to their casting on Peral, I noticed:
These are just the mishaps I remember on Pearl.
They make so many small mistakes it's sometimes hard to listen to honestly. And on top of that their game knowledge seems to be limited to whatever the desk has talked about in the prematch show or what they have learned in their platinum ranked games.
It's a travesty that the last 4 NRG games didn't have good casting once.

Just listening to their casting on Peral, I noticed:
- Thinking FEINS would have his ult up for the next round even though it was used, and is still active in the current round
- Calling the last kill of a round a "pick"
- Thinking 2 C9 players saving are about to fight eachother
- saying that all C9 players had been found, when it was NRG saving and not even all of them were found in the end
These are just the mishaps I remember on Pearl.

i decide who i like by the amount of pointless squealing i hear. riv, van, and previously ddk can regulate their voices. most of the cs casters can regulate their voices. people like “panpoc” and “rejected OW casters” bring too much constant energy, whether it’s a simple kill or a 1v5. and when they run out of words, they just scream player names until they run out of oxygen.
i guess younger kids like that energy, and that’s the majority of valorant’s viewership. not for me tho.
