I have a laptop with an HDD, and it is really slow. I wanted to add a SSD mSATA to it, but I didn't want the files on the HDD to be removed. How do I do it?
Do I have to put out the HDD first while reinstalling Windows on SSD, or do I just have to keep the HDD inside while reinstalling?

Macrium reflect. Do not install windows on more than 1 drive at a time, it will not work the way you think it will.

Is that Macrium a software to move OS from 1 drive to another?

it is a backup software, so you can save your files when you move your OS. Ive used it often, it does the job well

So, you're telling me to backup my data? does that mean i have to format the HDD in partition part? or what? I'm newbie to this kind of thing.
I was thinking to put out my hdd while installing the windows 10 on my new ssd, after the instalation is complete, i just need to put the hdd back into the laptop xD.

yeah so basically you backup your data on the HDD and then transfer it to the SSD using Macrium. From there you edit the boot settings from BIOS to boot off the SSD. If it boots properly, then your SSD should be the C: drive and you can just reformat/wipe your HDD and use for extra storage. There are nuances in the process but there should be easy info online because macrium reflect is popular for this purpose.
